Who We Are
Kevin Lucas began his legal career at Gunderson Dettmer, an international law firm specializing in the representation of emerging companies and venture capital investment firms, where he advised startup companies regarding corporate governance, equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs.
Subsequently, he served as General Counsel of Art.com, an international e-commerce retailer, where he advised senior management and the board of directors and managed all of the company's legal needs related to sales and licensing agreements, commercial contracts, IP protection and licensing, corporate acquisitions, employment agreements, incentive plans, and the resolution and settlement of disputes.
After Art.com, as a Principal of Agiletic Law Group, Kevin formed and helped 30+ companies raise over $150 million in equity and convertible instrument financings, and he negotiated and closed the sale of 20+ companies.
